Last August, Julia Tiemann was contacted through Cherrydeck to document the concert of the famous Hamburg-based choir, Die Hamburger Goldkehlchen. The pictures of the event are now available online.

This summer, Die Hamburger Goldkehlchen (DHG) reached out to the photographer Julia Tiemann for the documentation of their traditional summer concert, this time in favour of the Hamburger Tafel. The choir of 70 non-professional male singers was looking for someone to capture impressions of the event, fans, and everything around it.

I seriously had the best time working with these guys!

During eight hours, Julia followed the choir from the first training to the after party, capturing all the details of the event. Afterwards, there was a 48 hours window to send the pictures to the client.

The final outcome can now be found on DHG’s social media, both Instagram and Facebook.

It was a great experience to work with Cherrydeck! Everything went very easily and smooth
